Very convenient. The hotel is right above MTR exit E and Prudential Center (a mall). Exit D is just a few steps away, right around the corner. You can enter the hotel through the mall's entrance at Nathan road, through MTR exit E below the mall, or through the hotel main entrance along Tak Shing street, which is adjacent to Nathan road. Take the main entrance if you need help with your luggage.

We were upgraded to a deluxe room. It was spacious with wide floor-to-ceiling window overlooking Nathan road. The marbled bathroom was lovely with angled mirrors (perfect for ladies). Closet had folding doors covered with full-length mirrors. Loved the soft, bouncy pillows!

It was a bit challenging speaking with some of the staff on duty, but it's not a deal breaker. We'd gladly stay here again.

This hotel has a great location both for business and tourism in Hong-Kong. We got a really good deal in price so our final experience was excellent.

Very nice rooms, clean and moderm, kind of big rooms according to Hong-Kong standards and superior breakfast.

Experience would have been perfect if internet wifi access was not so expensive or at least you could share labtop and iphone/ipad access paying one access which it is not allowed by hotel management.

Business center very nice but expensive to use and print documents.

Simple, clean hotel centrally located in Kowloon. Food is good, staff is friendly and helpfull. Not a hotel were you can stay all day and entertain yourself, but who wants to anyway when Hong Kong is waiting outside.

We stayed at this hotel for a week on the recommendation of our travel agent. It is very well located with easy access to the MTR. We found that few of the staff spoke English to any degree and the three times I asked the Concierge for information was largely a waste of time due to their poor English. We had a voicemail about cleaning our room as we forgot to take off the "Do Not Disturb" sign on our way out one morning, but it took two days to get through to someone to take the red light reminder off the phone. I had trouble with the safe and had two staff there to sort it out within minutes which was a big tick, but when I asked housekeeping about a softer pillow I just ended up with another exactly the same as the hard one I already had. The hotel is quite dated but clean, and the breakfast buffet adequate without being amazing. Staff tended to wait until everything was empty to top up things, or until you specifically asked for something. There is nowhere to sit in the lobby and the foyer area is largely a long couch that wasn't inviting to linger.
I couldn't find a great deal of information about what services the hotel had to offer as there was no information in our room and the TV info didn't tell us a lot more either. I didn't see any indication of a tour desk, or pamphlets about where to go (we took those from the Holiday Inn up the road). I wasn't aware that the hotel changed money until we were checking out (their rates were not good anyway)
As long as you are an independent type of traveller this hotel is a good place to stay, and we were not pestered by all the touts that hang around more "Western" hotels like the Holiday Inn which is a little further down Nathan Road.
I thought this hotel was quite good value for Hong Kong, but only for tourists willing to do their own research about Hong Kong.
