Stayed for 4 nights in a deluxe room on a business trip and I must say that the location of this hotel is great, within walking distance to the metro, shopping streets, restaurants, cafes, bars, malls, banks, etc...

The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was good and attentive staff. The deluxe room size was good and the bed was queen size (dont have king size) but that didn’t bother me, the room was clean and well taken care by the Housekeeping.

The only down fall was the sound proof in the room was pretty bad, I could not get a good night sleep. I could hear the noise from my neighbor, the corridor, upstairs and the street outside the hotel. The last night of my stay had no sleep, I was wake.

Overall, great hotel and location is perfect. I will not hesitate to stay again but would ask for a room with a good proof.

Room is clean n spacious, staffs are all very attentive, breakfast is acceptable unlike some negative comments from previous review. Only the bed was not tht comfortable, apart from tht, enjoyed the stay n will come back again.

I have been coming back to this hotel for more than 5 times now since I first went to HK for business meetings. This property was recently renovated and now it is a very nice property, considering its 4 star standard.

Before renovation, it was pretty old but because it was an old property, you get a good room size. To HK standard, the room size here at the Park hotel is one of the largest in its class. I think it is around 28 sq.m. - 30 sq.m.

The location is also great as it is around a few minutes walk to the nearest MRT station (TST) and the front of the hotel now has plenty of shops and restaurants. I recommend the restaurants in the alley with noodles, rice, seafood, japanese and vietnamese.

The only thing that i would rate this property to a full 5-star rating is the internet. Here if they can offer this complimentary, it would be excellent. Currently, they are charging HKD 70 per 3 hours, HKD 120 per day (24 hours) and HKD 300 per week (7 days). It is a bit pricey.

The room rates here are also a gamble. You have to look closely when they offer special discount. The room rates are generally over HKD 700 per night and can go up to around HKD 1200.

A great hotel that is close to all transport, museums, ferry terminals. Rooms were clean. All staff, concierge, housekeeping all willing to assist at any time. Service was great. Our third stay here and will stay again.
