stayed on the 35th floor, room had great views, free wfi, nice bathrooms with good amenties, used the club L for all my drinks, snacks and breakfast the staff were very good as soon as i came in a pot of tea appeared for me (i am very demanding lol ) the hotel is in a great location walk thru the mall to MTR all very easy to use and SO clean! good little supermarket on way to MTR for anything you might need, loads of different food choices if you want to eat in the food court, and the lunchtime menus are really good value you can eat very cheaply.

The swimming pool on the 41st floor is fabulous so warm it does not matter if it is raining or cold and the biggest hot tub i have ever been in!
The spa is very good had a sports massage and the therpist was very knowledgble my aches and pains felt so much better after, and there is a fab hot plunge pool which also helped,all the amenties you could want are on offer all you have to do is ask and it will appear, very good service.

The area around hotel is very central for Nathan road,Ladies markets etc.
I also splashed out on a hotel car from the airport worth every penny after such a long trip,there was cold drinks and a freshen up bag from driver, was met outside hotel and taken straight up to our room to check in no queing.

I would definatly use this hotel again, i was very impressed with the service and the hotel in whole, as a woman travelling around on my own i felt very safe in the area.

We had our honeymoon here in Oct 2011 and it was a very pleasant stay throughout our 4 days of stay. Besides the Nespresso machine and a complimentary iPhone for use, the bed and pillows were comfortable. We were pleasant surprised by the complimentary champagne and chocolate awaiting us in the room and the front reception staff was always helpful, be it asking for directions or changing of money. The location was really convenient with plenty of F&B outlets around the area (restaurants, cafes, fast food, etc.) and fantastic shopping options too. The Mongkok MTR station is a 5-min walking distance and taxis are easily hailed from the roads nearby. Frankly, we really enjoyed our honeymoon in HK, eating, shopping, and just plain chilling out in Langham Place HK. :)

We have just spent four days with friends at the Langham Place Hotel in Hong Kong following a two week cruise. The bedrooms were lovely with fantastic bathrooms (3501 & 3701). We have stayed at some excellent hotels including the Waldorf in New York, The Bellagio in Las Vegas and the Jumeirah Beach in Dubai and had very good service, but the service we encountered at the Langham Place was the best we have ever had, particularly from the staff in the Club Lounge. Their warmth and friendliness, together with their enthusiasm and professionalism was second to none and made it a wonderful few days. Thank you so much!

Our family of 4 stayed in a quad room, with a king-sized bed and 2 singles. Sleep quality was amazing - I slept like a log from day 1, something I'm not usually able to do in hotels. There was a kitchenette, which was more like a kitchen. Toaster, water boiler/airport, convection microwave, induction cooktop, pots, pans, cutlery, various teas and coffees were all there. Even the little details, like a fresh sponge, cleaning up liquid and tea towels were included.
Rain shower, bathtub and 2 full sets of toiletries in the bathroom. Plasma screen 42in TV with DVD, iPod-dock radio. Our room came with free wifi, which allowed connection for up to 5 devices at blazing broadband speed.
Location wise, the lobby is connected to Langham Place Mall at the food court level, so you can have your meals there as well. Go down a few floors and there is Market Place, a supermarket that stocks items from all over the world.
Excellent hotel, highly recommended.
