I stayed here for a few nights for leisure last summer, and it was outstanding.
The Regency Club service, food, drinks, and views are TO DIE FOR. The spread was always plentiful, and the staff couldn't help fast enough. The food in the club was enough to eat for dinner, and the breakfast filled me up through lunch, so I barely ended up paying for any food. The staff was also very helpful in recommending places to see in the city.
The rooms themselves aren't huge by any standard, but perfectly adequate. I think the bathrooms are nearing the end of their lifespan for a hotel of this caliber, but I hardly spent any time there so it wasn't a deterrent for me. The room seemed to have everything I needed, including a power adapter (which Hyatt is good about), so no complaints there. I also liked the overall feel of the rooms and the corridors...cozy corridors but lots of windows in the room to create a light yet comfortable feel.
The pool and bar surrounding it were also a treat. To be at the pool, look up at skyscrapers, and out onto the harbor was quite nice. Additionally, the pool at night with the bar is spectacular, albeit expensive. I highly recommend checking it out.
Overall I fell in love with the hotel and the city alike. I actually had a stopover in Hong Kong this year on my way to Bali just in hopes of staying at the hotel. If you get the chance, STAY HERE!
