Stayed two night in this HongKong hotel on Hong Kong Island. It is close to many shops and shopping malls. Furthermore very close to a supermarket and the Subway which will bring you everywhere for almost nothing.
No complaints concerning the service, clean room equipped they all the necessary stuff like safe, desk etc, I did not see the gym but according to a colleague it is not big bus has the essential machines. Breakfast is in a more or less seperate restaurant; buffet, ask for special coffee like latte (no add charge) as the standard coffee is extremely strong.

Good value hotel!

The hotel is well located in busy Hong Kong. In addition to its proximity to the Causeway Bay MTR station (an entrance is nearby), the hotel is located on the 'right' side of the road. BY right, I mean the entrance is away from the busy roads and traffic jams, typical of Causeway Bay. The taxi gets to the hotel without delay at all times of the day.

Check-in was efficient, swift and hassle free. The room was furnished to the standards expected of most international hotels. The room was clean and all the switches/taps worked. I was fortunate to get a non-smoking room with a great view of Victoria Park, at a floor low enough to enjoy the trees and the morning exercise people.

You get free wifi in the room which is great to connect to the world. The breakfast spread at the cafe was good and it is the first time I tasted chilli sauce that is comparable to home (Singapore) standard.

In summary, great hotel, well located, hassle-free and good value for money in a city known for high prices. Highly recommended, especially for business travellers.

Whenever I travel on business I want to be as comfortable in the hotel as I am at home. And in that sense there's a big deal breaker: Room Service.
You may think this is a commodity, but the fact that many hotels don't offer in-room dining is a big turn-off to me. So that's how my secretary gets to filtrate the hotels I stay in:
1. Room Service.
2. Häagen-Dazs ice cream.
3. Air Miles.
The Park Lane Hong Kong checks the three boxes, and offers you great location in front of Victoria Park in HK island, good prices and a very attentive staff.
If you love well established hotels, with no surprises, this is the place for your next visit to Hong Kong. It's a no brainer.
If you need any extra assistance on your trip the concierge is great, or ask for Sunny, the Indian bellboy. He knows a trick or two about going around in this town.

The check-in staff is so efficient that she cut off my questions mid way to answer me. So was the concierge. My room package didnt come with gym usage - that's another HKD$100 per day. Fine - except the concierge didn't bother to lsiten to my question. So I decided not to spend another cent at the hotel - not on gym, not on internet, no on food - even if these are covered by company expenses.

Won't go back again.
