stayed 14 nights, booked directly via email to the hotel, manager waived all local phone/mobile call charges, even when we only booked a standard double room. friendly helpful staffs. central location adjacent to shops and restaurants open beyond midnight, slightly off main street so quiet enough to sleep. near all main public transport and central library just round the corner which provide free internet access. was given small room without window on first night, moved to another room with window facing street after talked to manager. small room with reasonable sized bathroom and all small toileties, hairdryer, toothbrush, etc. old decor no view but compensated by good location and good staffs.
