Was there for 4 nights and service was terrible. Staff at the front desk was unfriendly. No smiles. The only friendly staff there was d housekeeping lady. If not for the location, i would've stayed somewhere else.

Staying in Tsim Sha Sui itself is an experience. On top of it, if you staying in Prat avenue - nothing like it. I stayed with my family (wife, 2 kids-12 and 9 yrs). We enjoyed our stay in hotel - mainly due to its location. The hotel rooms are smaller - but I guess thats the case with most of hotels in TSim Sha Sui. You get down the hotel at midnight and you'll see Lamborghini, Porche, Ferraris parked on the roadside. Mercs and Beamers lose their attraction in this lane.
We did have a problem with bed bugs. But then they changed the room and new rooms was just fine. I had read this review sometime back on tripadvisor. So, as soon as I had trouble sleeping due to bed bugs - I immediately complained to the reception. The manager came up to my room, apologized and immediately gave me another room. So, they mean business. but be careful.
I didn't use their restaurant but did make a visit to find out about it. Nothing much for breakfast. So, I went to other Indian restaurants for my meals. Mac is right in front of this hotel and so are many bars and restaurants, which opens their shop at 9pm.
Will definitely visit this hotel again - mainly for value for money and location.

The hotel is comparable to a motel by western standards, and average by Chinese standards. The hotel is located on a very busy small street, however I wasn't bothered by the noise in my room(7th floor). There's many restaurants so I would pass on the hotel food since almost all restaurants in hk are English friendly.
The rooms there are old. The hotel has more smoking floors than nonsmoking ones, so nonsmoking rooms are very limited.
The staff was so-so. They were courteous, but not informative. Asides from what was on the same street and the location of the subway, they couldn't give any good information on my other inquiries such as: 1. Where can I get a sim card? I found like 6 phone stores in a 2 block radius of the hotel. 2. I forgot my laptop cord so I asked them if they knew where I could get one. Nobody had a clue. I checked online and I found an area of hk where it's common knowledge to sell electronics stuff.

The best thing in this hotel is its location. There were lots of bars & restaurants surrounding the hotel which I don't remember being there last I was there in '08 (I actually remember the street to be chaotic).

Lobby looks & smells nice...if only the reception people were as nice & friendly - it would have been perfect. At 330pm, room is still not ready so we were made to wait - they need to replace their sofa set, they're old. We stayed in a (really small) Executive room on the 16th floor so no problem about noise. As for the view, forget it - there's none. Also, I found the bed too hard but my Mom thought it was just right. notwithstanding the obviously old carpet, the room was seems clean. There's complimentary bottled water too.

Breakfast buffet costs HK$88++ /person. Just right but nothing special. Considering that we only stayed overnight, I think it was not so bad. We were out most of the time anyway. Getting a cab is not a problem. MTR is near. Shopping and dining areas are within walking distance.
