Great hotel with good staff. Rooms not huge but you only sleep there so who needs a ballroom. Bathrooms a bit dated and small but clean and plenty of decent sized towels which is an issue we have had in other hotels. Would recommend as it is close to evrything.

We stayed on the executive floor, rooms are spacious enough, the bathroom is quite tight. I requested a corner room, for a bit more peace, but had a rowdy mainland group across from us.
Room has a work desk and a small two seater sofa and table. For Priority Club Platinum member I received free internet, which was handy. The Club Lounge has some nice snacks, average wine selection, normal range of beer and spirits. Breakfast was the normal adequate. The staff are all very friendly. They actually do go out of there way to ensure everything is ok. Nice hotel if you require to stay in Kowloon side. The hotel has a small pool on the roof, for summer, closed in winter. Overall not too bad, but would choose the Crowne Plaza in Causeway Bay over this hotel.

We stayed here for 6 nights with 2 adults and 2 children. We found the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was great value with plenty of choices. The location is great with shopping at your front door and only a short walk to Kowloon station.
We walked to the harbour which was only a 5 min walk and hopped on/off the double decker bus which helped us to see everything we wanted to see.
Disneyland was about half an hour in the taxi, I would have to say it was better than Anahiem Disneyland with plenty of shade, trees and places to rest and eat.
We also enjoyed the pool on the roof which was great to come back to after a hard day shopping..

The room is quite big if you travelling with kids
The location is great because it is right in down town tsimshatsui where all the retail stores and boutiques are within short walking distance
