Despite being right in the middle of the action in one of HK's busiest developments this restaurant is a haven of tranquility, nestling detached from the mighty towers and surrounded by verdant green. It can offer alfresco dining and drinking which is so special in our cool winters.
Stefano and his amazing team manage to find the illusive balance between making the customer feel the complete center of attention without being obsequious. Given the chance he will inform and educate on the complexities of Italian food and wine with a deep and fascinating historical and regional knowledge.
The kitchen is where the magic happens - it is all outstanding and of the very highest quality. The smart thing is ask Stefano to surprise you - he has not failed to achieve that with me and my guests - EVER. For me, the burrata, duck risotto and tenderloin are my favourites.
