We stayed for 2 nights in 2 rooms. 5 of us ( 2 adults and 3 children aged 12, 11 and 7) in a club suite 65 and Club icon 30 harbour view. A very comfortable rollaway was placed in the living room of the suite. The 2 rooms were adjoining but no interconnecting door - this was fine for our family but may not work for a family with younger children. We loved the rooms - very new and sleek with lots of groovy features - electronic lighting, login screen of tv welcomed you by name, free soft drinks/water/ M and Ms in mini bar, mirror tv in bathroom, amenities bag (you could take home) in bathroom, great rain shower, nespresso coffee machine, to name a few. The best thing was the amazing view - we were jet lagged after a 15 hr flight and loved lounging around enjoying the view. The pool (with gym behind) was quite incredible with the same amazing view. I did feel self conscious accompanying my children to the pool area as it had a very peaceful adult ambience and I did not want my kids to spoil this serenity for other guests. Club facilities were good with lovely breakfast. Afternoon tea and evening drinks okay - we were the only ones with children so didn't stay too long. Staff in the hotel very young and friendly - at times service was a bit slow - particularly at check in - we just wanted to get to our rooms but they drew out he process by sitting us down, offering us drinks etc and the whole process took 15 mins. There was also a delay getting bags to the room. Room service was average and we had trouble getting some wine to have in our room. Location is a little out of the way - fortunately taxis very cheap. We would return but do feel experience will be enriched with older children (or no children!)
