stayed at citadines with two friends... the room was pretty small but extremely well appointed every piece of the designa was planned well to make the best of the small floor area. beds were firm and sheets had a high thread count. the bathrooms are spacious in comparison to the rooms well designed and modern... very very cozy and for 100usd per night for 3 people its hard to beat...

Hotel was cheap and did not do much research into it before i left so did not have great expectation. However, it was really great value for money....roons really small but its Hong Kong snd part of the experiance. Great location and could not fault hotel in anyway...no need to look elsewhere!

Mostly my bookings made by my Agent - But once He forgot to book it - And I stayed CITADINES..
Now onward i Always stay here - its fee awesome..
If anyone planning for Business come Family tour try once here You will live it.....

I like the hotel's location. Near Harbour City and Nathan Road. It's also near one of the Tsim Sha Tsui exits. No problems encountered with our booking. We got the room as soon as we checked in before 2pm.
The room was just about right as described. Good enough for me and my husba since we are mostly out during the day. All the basics were provided (i.e. toiletries, small appliances, extra pillow, hair dryer, etc). The cleaning lady serviced our room everyday and changed our towels.
However, the mattress is a bit hard. Not really comforting after a tiring day of walking around the city. They also do not have a heater so it can get a bit cold since we were there on a winter.
The big plus though, is the free wifi! We have our own wifi router in the room and the internet connection is pretty good!

Having travelled to Hong Kong many a time, this was a great find. I don't need breakfast in the hotel - only a comfy bed, quiet time at night and good pressure shower. I got all those at the Citadines. Although minimalist, the kitchen facilities allowed basically the heating of water or a pot to cook instant noodles.
I liked the free internet, free storage facilty for baggage left while I went on a trip to China and the fact that the MTR was just around the corner. Also just around the corner was the McCafe (open 24 hours) and a bevy of restaurants.
The airport bus A21 stops about two blocks away or you can take the airport hotel bus and stop at Langham Hotel (1 block away).
