I PAID my reservation BEFORE entering this hostel. On the voucher it was written that my room will be held until next day 7am. When arriving late 11.30pm. They told me that they have sold my room and If I wanted a room I had to pay 600 HKD for a better room. I refused and they did not do anything to help me as it was my fault : I should have warn them concerning my late arrival (but they have no email adress...) So I called the police. They spent 1 hour to negociate with the managers. They accusated me (In Chinese) to lie and as a Western boy I was naturally their enemy. Even in front the police they were not afraid to ask me to pay in order to help me to find a room. I gave the boss 10€ and finally they make me sleep in the bed of a Pakistanese guy living close to Las Vegas hostel. The guy was sleeping on the floor as I occupied his bed. But I had to be awake early, as he has to go to work... A nightmare...

Had made a reservation via Asiaroom.com. On the date of our arrival to the hostel our reservation was gone. We were devasted because it was already late at night and we had children and elderly with us. Unfortunately, they did not have any more rooms for us even though we had made a reservation for awhile before we made our trip to hongkong. Tried calling them as well before our flights but all their numbers are not working. This hostel is not recommendable.

rooms clean and tidied everyday, very small but typical of hong kong. Difficult to find and when i arrived there was no one there until a member of staff saw me from nx doors hostel and it turned out the same person owned most the hostels in the floor and block. The block itself is ugly and as a female on my own i didn't feel completly safe as there are lots of men hanging around downstairs. Staff were a bit hit or miss. Good location and cheap.

Staff are really kind and room are always be cleaned by them.And Internet are free here.I really enjoy to stay with them.The room are small,but I know that is typical Hong Kong.From Main gate Chung King Mansion,go straight to the end will find Block C at the last tower.Cheap price.And their Deluxw room have sea view.
