To be fair, I'm generally not a fan of the W Chains - personal preference, the crowd is too chic and trendy for me, and I usually feel a little out of place, but i have to say at W Hong Kong, the partying crowd is pretty well separated from the hotel guests, which was a huge plus for me.
I've stayed at W hong Kong a total of two times - and both times my stay was pleasant, though definitely not wow.
What I liked
-room service is devine
-bliss spa - large and great views of the city while youre in the changing rooms
-spacious rooms
-amazing bed
aspects that needed improvement
-actual spa treatment, just not up to par compared to bliss in the US
-shower floods bathroom
-welcome desk - mistakenly thought my reservation was only for one night, which, I could forgive, what was unforgivable was that after i corrected them (right at check in) that very same night an express check form was slipped under my door, i thought i made it clear i was staying two nights?
W Hong Kong is good, but there are definitely room for improvement.

Hello cchen0204, I am disappointed to know that your experience was imperfect, please accept my sincere apologies for the shortfalls you have experienced, which were definitely not what you (or anyone) would expect to receive at W Hong Kong.
Regarding the shower drainage; I have shared your comments with our Chief Engineer who has now resolved the problem with that room. I have also discussed your valuable feedback with our Director of Style (Executive Housekeeper).
I was concerned to learn of your disappointment with our spa treatment and this has similarly been shared with the concerned department head, as has the inaccuracy of your reservation and other challenges you encountered in our Welcome area (Front Desk).
I do hope we may have the chance to show you the improvements we are making. Should you choose to return to W Hong Kong, please feel free to contact me directly so I may personally ensure we make right previous wrongs for you.
