Excellent location (both in relation to the airport and HK island), very friendly staff always ready to help out, nice gym (with a view) and a high quality breakfast you would expect from the W. And of course amazing views, especially if you get a water-facing room. All in all a top class hotel, highly recommended.

W Hong kong is a trendy, cool, great decorations hotel like others W hotel. Located in Kowloon by harbor , get upgraded to Room with harbor view but I wish I get my original room with city view, look over Kowloon which is much better view than harbor view. Great location, only few minutes walk after get of from Airport Express at Kowloon Station. The Staffs are very helpful, Free Shuttle bus to go around. shame about the pool, its closed, which is very disappointing, over all is a great stay, a bit expensive tough.

Very modern friendly hotel. Staff very attentive without being overbearing, rooms spacious and modern with good accessories. Expensive bar and restaurant but this is a 5 star hotel! The hotel sits on top of the MTR Kowloon Station and the Airport express. Free shuttle to attractions. Highest swimming pool in Hong Kong, outdoor heated. Next door to highest sky scraper in Hong Kong. 24 hour gym.

Oh my..... What a treat it is to stay in this hotel. Front to back, absolutely nothing other than an awesome place to hang out, eat and sleep. The staff get it, they are friendly, thoughtful, kind and helpful. I would recommend this hotel above any other I have stayed in throughout the world. My room on the 36th floor was awesome, the kitchen is awesome and the staff really make a difference. I have stayed at several W's but I think this has been my favourite. 10/10.
