Very good hotel for the material elements: room, location, building
Very poor when it comes to listen to an hotel customer simple need.
After a day walk, my wife and I could not use the long-awaited (pretty good) swimming pool; we were not allowed as customers to swim without a swimming hat (which is fine and we do accept any policy as long as solutions are provided). What we did not accept is the strange tough tone of so-called hotel "management" (police like) of "you have to buy a hat" (by principle, it should be included in room price, or even like in mannay places, few should be available for customer tourists or if you did not have your purse that day with you..., solutions should always be found to satisfy a customer... like we put on hotel bill, like here a spare one, like "yes you could use for once a shower hat" as proposed, like "we are very sorry" but...). By the way, no where when we book, a specific policy was mentionned... So if you use any of their restaurant, make sure the table is included (joke) ;) In fact, it is not such a big deal, it is more the police tone and the "wall", the no-listening attitude, the no-offered-solutions from hotel management that disappointed us deeply than the initial incident.
It took 20 mns to get down our bagages from the room to our taxi. Not acceptable at all.
