Coming from New Zealand to an International Conference we wanted to be close to the China Convention Centre. The rooms were basic, clean and reasonably comfortable. The breakfast left much to be desired especially when they were catering for guests from other countries. Cereal was on the menu only when the conference was on. We purchased fresh fruit from a nearby dairy to eat at breakfast along with boiled eggs and toast. Tea and coffee were disgusting - we should have been provided with a pot of tea. Front office staff were not good at English but we made ourselves understood. Our guides also helped as they were mult-lingual. We had a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment and for this we each paid $NZ50 per night. An OK price for somewhere to lay your head.
