I booked this Ai Hua hotel with a special price (RMB150) after reading the "not bad" evaluations. I also gave my credit card number and ID card number for the reservation guarantee because of my late flight. I also left the message together with the reservation for my late check-in. My arrival was at 21 O'clock on 23rd Sep. 2011, the hotel has already canceled my reservation, the three receptions looked at me rather askance then started playing mobile phone and cleaning their nail.
The receptions said 1: Your arrival is after 18 O'clock.
My answer: I made reservation guarantee with credit card and left message.
The receptions said 2: We couldn't block your credit card successfully.
My answer: I will call the bank to check, if you have tried to do this.
The receptions said 3: Our hotel is so, after 18 O‘clock just cancel the reservation, whatever which reason.
My answer: If this means our company can cancel the cooperation with your Ai Hua Hotel. If this means I have to spend the night on the street.
The receptions said 4: We can offer you a meeting room, without WC and bath room. Same price as I booked for the big-sized bedroom, RMB150.
I was so angry and left the hotel.

Please pay attention to this black hotel!!! The location is also just so so. It located in a small street with bad light. About 15 Min. walk to the metro.
