Although not luxurious, the rooms were very nicely laid out, with large comfortable beds and good facilities. The hotel is in the southwest part of the city which is a little far from the major shopping/business districts but very handy for Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. Getting around Beijing by walking, on the subway or even cabs, is very easy anyway. Apart from the breakfast, which lacked variety, at least for western tastes, it was a decent hotel where a good night sleep was assured. The check-in staff were efficient and friendly. Wifi was free. Room service was quick.
