This is a high rise Courtyard with a great location and great value. I would rate it as comparable to a full service Marriott in the US. They even have a concierge lounge for Marriott elite members where all drinks and food is free. Connected to a large upscale mall where you do great shopping as well as dinning. Pearl market very close by.

This was my second stay at this hotel, both times for a weekend to take friends around Beijing. It is directly connected to a shopping mall, so on cold days you can stay inside. There are a few small shopping malls with restaurants around, including McDonald's (if you have kids or want an inexpensive breakfast). Rooms were standard Marriott quality and the staff helpful with enough English from the concierge to help, if you do not speak Mandarin. The hotel is a close taxi ride to the main tourist sites (except the Great Wall) and closer to the airport than the center of the city. Recommended for a clean plance and value.

Staying at the NorthEast was a great business location as it was close to the office and a good location. On entering you greatly wonderfully, big smile and hello, very helpful staff and easy check-in.
The rooms are well layed out for business, desk with window back drop view of downtown busy Beijing, internet was superb for skype and communicator calls.
Bathroom is almst luxurious, with the free standing bath, and a roomy shower.
Afetr a long flight, the bed was superb, and your head will sink deep into the pillow for a good nights rest.
In the morning the buffet breakfast is extensive and a wide variety, covering western and eastern cusines.
On getting around in Beijing, get the great staff to write your destination on a card for the taxi, as english is not a strong point, and make sure you get a business card for the hotel for the return trip.

This is a very spacious property of Marriot with large rooms, lobby and poolside. The hotel is very conveniently located less than 30 minutes from Airport and is true value for Money.

Near the hotel there are good shopping malls and restaurants to hang out. Also the hotel can be reached from Airport Metro.

Overall a very nice experience to stay.
