I use this as my base when working in Nairobi. It's in the north of the city so handy for the UN HQ, embassies, etc, but not if you want the national parks as most of the close ones are south, east or west and traffic congestion can be very bad here.
There are only a few rooms, most have shared bathrooms but are very comfortable. Breakfast is very good, lunch and dinner can be arranged if requested in advance (although snacks can be had easily enough). The Village Market Mall is close by which has plenty of food outlets serving foods to suit most tastes and a couple of very good restaurants.
There are no TV's in the rooms but a communal TV area downstairs, doesn't suit everyone but in my case gives me the incentive to do any work I have pending in the peace and quiet of my room.
Staff are very pleasant and attentive, my thanks to the ladies for all their work!
