we just love this hotel myself my husband and our daughter have been 8 times in 10 years the staff are lovely the hotel is situated in the best place the view over to the west bank is breath taking we want to get back there as soon as possible the only dissapointing thing now is they have gone inclusive and put the prices up, as before it was bb and the cost of the holiday was good this hotel and its staff are fantastic unfortunatley the all inclusive makes a huge diffrence to our budget

I have stayed at the Iberotel 3 times over the last 4 years and every time it has been a positive. The staff is great and go out of their way to meet the customer's needs. The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The restaurants are very good especially the buffet. While the Chinese restaurant is tasty it was a bit oily. Room service meals from the bar are excellent and reasonably priced.

we stayed here 11-18th january 2012 , very clean and the staff were all excellent, the room cleaners make objects with pillows etc very good, the serving and kitchen staff all very friendly and good with kids especially ahmed the chef, also look out for ( craig david ) book tours through him, located near the swimming pool, do not book through the hotel craig will get the trips for you alot cheaper. there is not much for kids in this hotel only, billards, table tennis and a swimming pool. no childrens drinks only fizzy and no childrens food menus., as for entertainment forget it bad singer and a good keyboard play, but apart from that the hotel is excellent.

Stayed over the christmas period for 7days, absolutely no complaints, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for! Location second to none, food fine (no sign of egyppy tummy), staff friendly and helpful. INSIST on Nile view which should not be a problem due to tourist numbers being down for obvious reasons.

Would reccomend Iberotel and will likely return this year.
