This hotel was easy to overlook if you were passing by in a car, but it is located right on the main road across from the Nile among many shops and banks. It is a nice clean hotel, with a good breakfast, decent amount of room, especially in the triple room and the hotel staff do a wonderful job of making you feel at home. Two gentlemen both named Mohamed provided excellent tips, answered all of our questions and even made our group breakfast boxes for our 3:30am departure for Abu Simbel.
Overall this hotel is a good deal for the location, cleanliness and hospitality of the staff.

Arguably one of the best hotels we stayed in on our trip to Egypt. Clean and very friendly staff. The difference was the personal attention given be Hanan. Our rooms were on the 2nd floor. A little noisy if you open the balcony door as the hotel is right on the main street, however not so much of a bother. Excellent location. Simple and great breakfast. The highlight were the rooms, great, clean and top notch quality. Would highly recommend the hotel to all.

Stayed here during our intrepid trip for two nights. We received a very nice welcome from the owner, including some hibiscus tea, and an introduction to the hotel and its facilities. The rooms were bright, clean and comfortable, with absolutely beautiful views right out over the Nile. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and really made the stay enjoyable. They will arrange a breakfast box for you if you have an early start, eg down to Abu Simbel. It consists of a croissant, a roll, a piece of sponge cake, jam, butter, honey, cheese triangle, a piece of fruit, a boiled egg and a fruit drink carton. The hotel is well located being right on the Nile, only a couple of minutes walk to the market and to restaurants. There was some amusement about the window from the bath/shower into the bedroom, but there was a small curtain to spare your blushes.

I stumbled upon this hotel here on trip advisor, and in a day I had my reservation complete.
My first impressions were that they have a friendly staff, very committed to please guests, and - most important - clean place!!

i booked a room it the renovated second floor; which was a good clean room with a great view. the hotel staff as well helped me with transportations and trips inside Aswan for touristic areas.

All in all, it is not a fancy hotel, but it is the best choice if you want to travel on budget and still get a great value!!
