It's a strange place, it could be a great hotel but considering everything it's just above average. It's in a good location, on a taxi in 10 minutes you can be at the Pyramids, however it's also nowhere in Giza, meaning that you cannot walk anywhere near.
The room was big but it was freezing, the air conditioning could not make it really warm because the size of the room is strange, the ceiling is really high, so all the warm goes near the ceiling and nothing is left for you below that. There was no hot water, just between warm and cold. We stayed here two nights for Chirstmas and the weather was pretty cold.
Since you cannot go anywhere unless you take a taxi, there are a couple of restaurants inside the "campus" where the hotel is located but they are cheap, the food quality is below average.
So it's been an acceptable experience for a couple of nights but I would not go again honestly and I would try to find something better.

We stayed here for three nights in December and although the grounds are lovely and our bungalow room was fine, I was very disappointed with the food. We had dinner there both evenings in the only restaurant that was open – probably because there were so few guests. The food was basic with the same lukewarm-from-frozen vegetable mixture each evening. The coffee at breakfast was awful and the only cooked food was pre-cooked omelette. We asked for wake-up calls on two mornings and received neither. This didn’t stop the front office staff insisting to our guide that they had phoned us! We tried to play tennis but the net was set too high and could not be adjusted. Afternoon mint tea with cakes was very pleasant but we opted to change hotel for our stay in Cairo at the end of our trip.

We stayed here as part of our tour group so I cannot vouch for pricing/value but we had a comfortable stay here. We spent 2 nights and had breakfast, which was great with a big selection. We also ate at the Italian restaurant which was not bad at all and had great service. Everyone working at the hotel seemed eager to assist in any way they could. There is also a nice lobby area to meet up with groups and an ATM which came in very handy! We were there around Christmas and they had it decorated. The hotel also had beautiful grounds and courtyards. The location is very convenient for the Giza pyramids and is very quiet since it is outside the city center. The property is a bit older and the rooms are a little outdated but I doubt they are charging Ritz Carlton rates!

Me and my wife visited Cairo and stayed in this hotel. This hotel is the best in its decoration staff behaviour and services. We like this hotel due to their bunglow type rooms. The service is very good and the food quality was really great.
