This hotel was horrible. I have stayed in hostels for less than half the price and had a better experience. When we first got to our room the TV was unplugged and the wires for the plugs were frayed, the shower did not have hot water, and the toilet would not flush. After going down and nicely asking reception to fix the problems we went to eat at a nearby restaurant. They told us that they would have the toilet and the TV fixed by the time we returned. When we came back and asked reception if things had been taken care of they did not know what we were talking about. At this point we began to get upset so they offered to move us to a new room. The new room was bigger, but when we tried to use the water in both the sink and the shower it came out brown. We then tried to use the heater since it was around sixty degrees outside and the same temperature in the room. The heater did not work. The last straw was when we tried out what looked like a queen size bed only to find out that it was two twin beds pushed together. Needless to say we did not sleep very well that night since both of us kept rolling into the break in between the mattresses. We were too grossed out to use the water in the shower the next morning as well. At this point I would have expected the hotel to have tried to compensate us for our horrible stay but they did not even once offer to discount anything from the price, which looking back was far too expensive for what we got in the first place. My advise would be to steer clear of this hotel. The lobby looks nice, but the rooms and the service are terrible.
