The best thing about this hotel is the airport express shuttle 6005 bus stops directly in front of the hotel.... before you think you'll pay for a taxi .... recall it is over 1 hour to Seoul from the airport and taxi communication can be challenge. 10000 won each for the bus vs 10000's more for a cab which is no faster.
OK next remember this is a residence hotel.... ie not a regular hotel so some some things might be missing... for example there is no cleaning on Saturday and Sunday.... they will give you towels/soap etc (when you ask) but that's it.... no big deal if you think of the tremendous space, two bathrooms and showers and closets galore.... here are some points... the king bed is a platform bed.... ie hard...not uncomfortable just not a "heavenly bed" ... heat worked great.... two TV's and plenty of channel choices, italian, german, english, japanese, etc. the restaurant is being rebuilt so breakfast is being served on the second floor (temporarily) we noticed a huge line at 9 am when we were leaving for our day but get there early and you will find a large selection of asian and continental items....it is among the better hotel breakfasts we have had ... very clean and fresh. Location is fantastic very central..two short blocks from the metro and a short walk to everything.... one last thing.... this hotel has wood floors and plaster walls... that spells echo and noise... we did have noisy neighbors the first night and they were very loud but the room has zero to deaden the sound ...no carpet or noise absorbing ceiling... my wife is light sleeper and we asked for and they accommodated us to change to a back room... much quieter.... the staff is super friendly and helpful...every request or question was cheerfully responded to... everyone was very nice.... during our trip we saw several other properties... I would have not traded our location or space for any of them... definite a great choice for Seoul...

We visited Seoul in December 2011. From the time we were picked up at the airport to the time we were dropped off to come home we were treated like royalty. I have never experienced anything like it in the world and we are a well travelled family. The staff are amazing! They are always helping with a big smile. The apartments are super clean and has everything you need as a family. I think my husbands favorite was the electronic toilet in the main bedroom :-) (we had a 2 bed- super deluxe apartment). Everything was amazingly comfortable, AWESOME!! The location is not bad either, with 2 stations very close by as well as Seoul station which has a big Lotte Mart for all your essentials. It is also close to many great restaurants and western favorites like Starbucks, Dunkin donuts and even KFC. There is nothing more amazing than staying in an Amazing city in Fantastic accommodation. I will stay here every time I visit Seoul

I stayed with my wife and two kids in a two bedroom suite. Price included breakfast, free health club, and was a complete apartment with washing machine, two bathrooms, large fridge. Great location with a 24 hour Korean restaurant across the street. Staff were helpful and helped with directions and booking our dmz tour. Walking distance to markets and subway.

I went to a studio in this hotel. The kitchen was okay, they also have a good size refrigerator and a washing machine.. The best thing about this hotel is the location.. It is located near to seoul metro station, Namdaemun and the main palaces.. You can go walking to all that places. Don´t try to use the google maps, they only have korean language in the maps... It is better to use traditional maps or the subway. My only complain it is about the gym... it looks old and a little bit dirty....
