The maid came every 2 days to clean, and always left the room looking amazing in 40mins. We were quite messy to be fair. There was little noise from neighbours, and the other guests all seemed nice when we met in the lifts and lobby area. The gym was basic, but better than nothing. There was a laundry self-service facility which was incredibly easy to use and fairly priced. The rooms (we had to change once as our aircon was leaking water in first room) have a microwave, fridge, cooker, sink, en suite toilet with shower, TV (with many channels), a phone, aircon with remote, two double beds (with an upstairs area which tall people cannot visit as you have to be on your knees even as an average height male), and basic cooking tools and plates/cups/pots. No curfew of any sort, but there is a permanent presence in reception from what I saw, even when coming home very late/extremely early. Pleasant staff also, with basic, yet sufficient, English skills. Also, there is a Family Mart (mini-market) right next door outside which is 24hr, which was amazing for cheap food and drink.
