Could not get information about restaurants or shopping nearby- they seem to be steering guests to their restaurant only.
Sign for hotel shuttle bus to shopping areas but would not give information.
Hazelnut coffee in packet in room but had to ask five times for milk for coffee.
Business center photocopier printed streaked copies- was delayed getting to meeting which they did copies elsewhere.

this was our 1st hotel in Seoul - and i had my doubts about booking a BEST WESTERN... but all that went away when i saw the room - which was gigantic and had an awesome view of Seoul! also - hotel was wired for free wifi access everywhere from lobby to the room - which was fast and great for a traveler with iphone. the hotel is not right at the exit of the subway station, and it takes 5-10mins to walk, but if you don't mind the walk it's a fine hotel, and I would stay here again. they also have free shuttle service to take you around in the AM. staff spoke perfect ENG and check-in & check-out was a breeze. definitely recommend this hotel.

This was a reasonable hotel in Seoul. It is directly opposite the Novotel and the Ritz Carlton. The size of the rooms was very reasonable and the bathroom was well equipped and clean. The curtains were super thick so no light came through and it allowed you to sleep late.

There was a nice gym and business center in the hotel. The restaurant was very expensive and not worth walking up the stairs to look at the menu. We never managed to find a decent place to eat breakfast in the area which was a negative.

A quick walk down the road were two very nice areas with great nightlife. You could walk for hours looking at the various restaurants and pubs.

There was also a Golfzon computerised golf center two doors down from the Hotel.

Although this is a business hotel, it has a nice location for tourists and the rooms are a nice size clean and reasonably priced. I can recommend it.

I stayed in this Hotel on a business trip and it was very good. The room was very clean and good size, the breakfast was great, and the service was excellent. The staff were all very helpful but some of them knew very little English. The location was good and not very far from the busy street which leads to Gang Nam station where there are many restaurants and at night is very busy.
