Riviera is centrally located and close to business and shopping district. Hotel is bit boring. Breakfast is moderate. Rooms are big. The bed however is very stiff and makes sleeping difficult and painful. Staff is helpfull.

Modern & comfortable hotel. Good service. Nice view for room facing Han River & street. Easy access.

Access from the Incheon airport and return to airport is easy with direct airport bus 6010 which stops right in front of the hotel. Hotel staff are friendly and able to speak English. Right behind the hotel (exit from level 3) is a 24hr convenience store and near the hotel, you can find many eateries (some operate 24hrs) selling korean food @ affordable prices and cafes. The hotel is also near COEX mall (which is connected to Samseong Station Line 2). You can either take a public bus or cab (cab cost about 2,400 won) to COEX mall or take the free hotel shuttle bus. Check out the hotel website for more info on their shuttle bus service. Will stay here again on my next stay!

This is our first time to Seoul and our first time stayed at Riviera Seoul Hotel
The overall of this hotel is great and my notes about this hotel are :
1. Excellet breakfast buffet (fresh sea shell served)
2. I have to paid for the toiletries in the bathroom i take away as souvenir (tooth paste etc)
3. Centrally located in Gang-Nam Area
4. It's difficult for me to set the room Air Con temperature (have try communicate from the phone with the operator but i'm hardly understand their instruction)
5. Modern toilet with many buttons.
6. 25 minutes walk to COEX (1,4 kilo meters)
I will definitely stay again at Riviera when i return to Seoul.
