Over the last 6 years I have stayed probably 5 or 6 times in the Lotte World Hotel. It is one of the hotels the company I work for has on its approved list of hotels in Seoul. When I first started visiting the hotel I was wondering if the hotel is worth the high cost. Then I decided that after all it is not in a bad location, it is right on a bus stop for the hotel shuttles (which helps a lot when you are arriving late at the Incheon airport), so I continued to use it. Then this year when I visited I noticed that the hotel has been renovated and was much fancier. At my last stay I also had breakfast included in my deal -- so I decided to try the hotel breakfast coffee shop. The breakfast was interesting -- heavy slant on Korean dishes -- oh, why not - that is one way to experience the local culture ::-)
My dis-satisfaction with the hotel is with the approach to bottled water. Every night during my 3 night stay I had to call the front desk to ask for a couple of tiny bottles of water. Not sure why those were not in the room to start with.

My family and I (with 2 young children) stayed in Character Room for 2 nights. The room was clean, spacious and come with a double and a single bed and bath tub. No complimentary Wifi However, you could enjoy free Wifi connection in the shopping mall. It would be excellent if it provides a separate standing shower. The location is great with Lotte World theme park located within the shopping mall. Subway is also connected to the shopping mall and convenient to travel by subway. The staff are also proficient in English and provided excellent service. The price was rather steep but worth it for short stay. This is probably one of the few hotels that I have stayed in Seoul which you could see family with children. It was definitely a good and comfortable stay for me.

we booked this becos it offer accessibility to lotte world. but it turned out that it had more to offer. a comfortable stay for a family with 2 children. a mobile phone for the family to communicate when u go on diff rides. a gd standard hot spa n suana for a gd soak, a safe depsitory for yr main luggage when u go for tat mountain trip even after chk out, discounted lotte world tickets, lotte mart nearby to shop n many food choices nearby. v nicely designed n well equipped toilet.book direct thru lotte gp of hotel to get the best rate.

Convenient Korean Airlines bus service from Inchon airport drops off a short walk to the lobby of the hotel. The hotel is part of the Lotte World amusement park. Large lobby with fast check-in and fast elevators. German beer garden and brew house on lower floor (beer was average and I avoided the german food). In the room, there was a nice flat screen with several English channels, mini-fridge, and hot water pot. I liked the power strip with power adapter built-in provided near the desk. Bed was a little too firm for me. Good water pressure in bathroom and plenty of bathroom amenities including phone and heated mirror. Nice gym with treadmills, bikes and technogym equipment. Indoor golf range, sauna and pool as well! The breakfast buffet was awesome; lots of options from all over the world!
