Good enough, but the fact that the staff have only the most basic grasp of English and the lack of free wifie access in the rooms or even in the lobby caused them points.

The business center has three computers for internet use, but two were broken during our stay.

If Internet access isn't important for you then you will enjoy your stay.

Location: subway line 5 & 6; lotte supermarket just downstairs and open til 11:30pm

Its accessible from airport via bus and has a subway literally underground this building. There is also a supermarket in the same building and the rooms are quite clean and adequately sized.

Airport bus #6015 stops right opposite the hotel which is located in the business district. Hotel lobby is located on the 2nd Floor, check in is efficient & staff speak fluent English. We stayed 5N in a non-smoking family room. Both the room & bathroom is spacious and exceptionally clean. Mattress is firm & comfortable. There is nothing exciting around but we have no regret booking this hotel as Gongdeok Subway Station is accessible via the basement level which link the Subway Line 5 & 6. Taking the subway to the town & other attraction like Nami & Chuncheon is a breeze. For almost the same price, we'd rather stay in a clean & comfy hotel rather than hotel like Ibis which is located in the heart of Myeongdong. We have only 1 complaint which is the noise from the traffic which can be heard as early as 530am.

We highly recommend the restaurant at the basement serving tonkatsu & tempura. Food is delicious & reasonable priced.
