I cannot fault this hotel. It is small a very friendly, attentive but not obtrusive service, spacious accommodation, very clean and comfortable, fine and generous breakfast, superb wireless internet, good airport transfers, well situated for the city centre - there is really nothing negative for lovers of small and personally caring hotels. The best hotel of its class in which I have ever stayed.

We were in Tiblisi in November and stayed three nights at the British House. We were very happy with our accomodations. It is very clean and we had a spacious room with a recently updated bath room. Everyone working at the House was very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with many choices of food. They arranged our transportation to and from the arirport.

It is not typical hotel - closer to guest house but with very high standard,
Hotel is located not so far away from main street of Tbilisi ~ 700 m. In the front of hotel it is possible to park car on the street but there isn't any parking.
Receptionist is very kind and helpfull. Even I can say that first time I meet so nice people working in the hotel.
Rooms are arrange in special climate like on the foto, looks like very nice.
Bathroom are clean and with good cleaning service.
In the room it is Mini-Bar but it was not so much choose to drink and eat - should be more but of course around hotel there are many shops so it was not a problem.
Room price included breakfast.
Hotel offers airport transfer, for me it is big plus.
I recomend this hotel and I will come back.

If you like big hotels, with standardize rooms and anonymous staff don't book the Hotel British House. This is a cosy, small hotel on one of Tbilisi hills. The staff is nice, adjusting breakfast, cleaning to your needs. The breakfast is huge and you I was ashamed to eat fast and run for meetings, as the athmospher is so nice you would like to spend hours eating and enjoying.
The staff is very helpfull in the research of local attractions. All speaks English well.
I've spend there an entire week on a business trip and I would defenetly return. The hotel is located 5-7 minutes walking distance from the Rustaveli metro station, but actualy you can walk from here to most of Tbilisi attraction. Even the Old town is approx. 20 min. from the hotel.
