Rooms are spacious, clean, but very basic.
Food (Breakfast + Diner) is typical georgian food (you should love coriander!).
The owners and personnel are very friendly and supporting. But only few of them speak English or German.

We spent two periods of time here in September - the first time was wonderful, and then when we went back and they recognised us they upgraded us! This is a true Georgian experience - a social, friendly and really special place. The food is wonderful, as it is across the country, and then rooms are spacoius and homely. If you want to experience the true openess of the Georgians, this is your only choice!

this guesthouse has some short comings that are more than made up by the staff and owners.this house is not for you if you have a problem walking there are many steps in the house and the walk from the main street is uphill.other than that it is a great location and well worth the money.

Great little B & B sitting on a hill near the city center. Beaumonde Guest House is located one block from the main street (Rustaveli Ave) and Opera House. Stayed two nights in June '05, $70/night, breakfast and dinner included. Cash only in either local currency or US dollars. Eggs cooked to order for breakfast, as well as meats, cheeses, local soft drinks, and coffee/tea. Dinner included meats, smoked fish, cheeses, vegetables, and soup. Traditional food served with fresh bread and local wine by the pitcher. 13 rooms on four different levels but no elevator. 80 steps to the only room on the top floor. Great view of the city. Rooms all have A/C, shower, refrigerator , and TV with about 15 channels including CNN and BBC World. Two common areas. One located on second floor had fireplace and library. Address is 11, Al.
