I stayed at the Le Pacifique, Noumea for 8 days with my school group, and I have to say for the price the hotel was fantastic! The hotel is part of the NC Nouvata Park Complex, so even though the hotel is the cheapest of them all, you can use all of the facilities of the 4 star hotel! My room had a wonderful view of Anse Vata Bay, and looked over the enormous lagoon style pool. The rooms were complete with a very modern ensuite, a dining table, and a kitchenette fit with a microwave, kettle, sink, cutlery, and plates. They have just been all recently renovated so the pictures you see on other websites aren't correct.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Noumea's resort district, so it's close to many restaurants and supermarkets. The staff are very friendly, and I found usually speak ok English, but the use of French is always welcomed - even if you are an amateur. The complex houses a very nice restaurant (but it is very expensive, so I suggest you go to one of the nearby cafe's.), and even a gym and sauna.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed in the Pacifique for three nights. The hotel is part of a complex run by NC Hotels and Resorts, so even though this appears to be the 'cheap' wing, there is access to all the resort facilities. Room was OK with a sea view, clean en-suite and comfortable bed.
AVOID the restaurant - overpriced and unimpressive food.
DON'T AVOID the ROOF restaurant on the Anse Vata Bay - perfect location and fabulous food!

I stayed at Le Pacifique when i was travelling with my school group and i have to say, for a two star, its ab-fab!!.. The rooms had a microwave and fridge and all the things you need.. The bathroom was fairly modern and i loved the windows that slide open. The pool was great, and it did have leaves in it, each day a man would net the leaves. The staff are extremely friendly and will help you with anything. The meals were great although the meal we got on the first night was cold, although they had to cook it else where as the kitchen was being renovated. All together, Le Pacifique made my stay so much better than expected.. Top Marks !!!!!!!!! 10/10
Nice area.. Right infront is the Anse Vata Bay.. Lovely place.

The room needed a make over.Missing tiles in the shower, woodwork around the handbasin & sink in kitchen, starting to rot.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times. It is always clean which is a must for me. The hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help. It is situated across from the windsurfing and kitesurfing beach which is great if you are into these sports. We where able to keep our sails rigged all the time.
Last time we went we did have a problem with the doors. The swipe cards where hard to use. This is the only complaint and hopefully it will be fixed when we go back in november.
