An OK place. Maybe they claim to be the best priced hotel in über expensive Noumea. But for a place so far from the beach, with no parking, no swimming pool and no breakfast, they are definitely NOT cheap. Internet comes and goes and some members of the reception are really not helpful. TV has only 8 French language channels.

I stayed in Noumea for the first time for business, and the Best Western Le Paris provided everything I needed for my stay in the city.

The hotel is well situated for business travellers, and the staff were very accommodating, especially as I didn't speak much French, which can make it difficult to get around Noumea.

The hotel was clean and safe - I stayed for a full week, and the housekeeping each day was respectful of the belongings that I had left in my room, and also provided an exceptional housekeeping service. The bathroom and room were spotless each day.

The cafe immediately outside the hotel provided breakfast, and I ate a range of other meals there, which were all reasonable value, and good quality.

The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and the TV had a range of channels, though most were in French, as you would expect.

After having travelled throughout New Caledonia for 10 days our last stay on this island was probably the best deal we got. The room was very clean and equipped with everything one should find in a decent hotel these days, The location was perfect and the staff very friendly.
The one negative was that there is no parking by the hotel, but not far away there is a large lot for free parking.

Rooms are modern, well-equipped, clean and quiet. Staff friendly. A serviceable restaurant next door is open late (unusual for downtown Nouméa), and there's another one around the block, plus the many daytime diners serving mostly fried Asian food. Street parking in front is easy in the evening; but in late morning you may end up a couple blocks down. If you have a rental car, you'll be at the beach in a few minutes. The metallic grille surrounding the hotel sunders the view a bit from inside the rooms, but all in the name of energy efficiency. The view of downtown isn't that interesting anyway - go out and explore beautiful Nouméa!
