Did my brothers wedding here and it was amazing! Maloma Bristol and the rest of the staff were incredible and kind and generous. They assisted with anything we needed. The pool was beautiful. The rooms were nice and most of all we really enjoyed our stay Can't wait to come back in 2012!

I stayed at the Princess and can safely say it's the worst hotel I've experienced. On my first night (Friday), the air conditioner was louder than a rock band and rattled all night. The following morning, there was no hot water. On Saturday night there was a function on the same floor and the music rattled the door to my room until the wee hours of the morning. A call to reception at 1 am was met with indifference. On Sunday night the air conditioner did not work. I was transferred to another room and the toilet in that room did not flush... Thank heavens that was the last day!!
As for the "Buffet Breakfast", the scrambled eggs look like vomit and the fruit was overripe and bordering on being rotten. Forget this place... Anywhere else in Guyana has to be better... and at a much cheaper rate.

I will be honest... my vacation there was a total mess.... the daily buffet is horrible, the meat is not seasoned properly, they serve plain white rice with kebabs and barbque, it's horrible, the turkish people that run the facility are not professional, the rooms fall apart, the bed broke down on our first nite at the hotel, the water situation in the rooms are horrible, that hotel is fallling apart day by day....my family was so upset with the service there, the noise from the music disturbs everyone in the rooms, the doors don't lock properly, the pool suck, as for the A/C in the rooms, nothing works properly, we had to be transferred from room to room in 2 nights.... oh man, i regret staying there..... when we spoke with the staff there, they all complained that they were underpaid, and the company expects them to perform at their best, the cleaners are just working just to earn a dollar..... so i won't reccommend anyone to stay there, try pegasus or cara lodge for your next vacation..... orelse it would be a nightmare you would regret.....

Excellent functions manageress Nadine a very very helpful lady ,who worked hard on behalf of my wife and i to have a lovely time. food great and service fantastic at all times.The evening meal by the poolside was a very memorable event for my mother in law assistance first class for her needs. I have recommend the hotel to all my family in N Ireland and they will visit in 2012 also. so see you soon .
