El Belvedere in Bogota is a small, clean and quiet hotel. The furnishings in the rooms are old, but the hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly, the food is quite good, and the neighborhood is safe. There are many fine restaurants and shops in the immediate area. If you are traveling on a budget, then this is the perfect place to stay in Bogota. You can not beat it for the price.

  • Liked — The personal service.
  • Disliked — The coffee - no excuse for mediocre coffee in Colombia.
  • Tips/Secrets — The elevator does not go to the top floor (floor # 6) - get a room up to the fifth floor.
