Staying here for 2 nights, the room is oke, and the restaurant has cool decoration (Christmas theme).
I don't know if the curtain can be possibly seen form outside, just believe it will cover all my activity inside.

The best part of this hotel was its comfort in beds, the food both in room service and for breakfast. Everyone who worked at the hotel was very well at accommodating me in every need and request I had. I am very happy with this hotel and will be coming back. Close to airport and has free shuttle (as Bogota has very bad traffic so if it is a one night stay this will be a great place to stay- shuttle goes every 30 minutes).

Stayed here on a RTW trip. Staff tries but misses the mark. Probably a symptom of the language gap. The hotel is located in a business district just outside the airport. This isn't the best hotel for a tourist due to the location. You have to take taxis to all attractions including shopping. Room service was good quality and delivered on time. Avoid the casino attached to the hotel..it's a racket.

The hotel needs updating! I was there for a congress and first impression was meeting area lobby leaking, bad. The lobby, with a huge fake Christmas tree with flashing lights (a la nineteen-seventies), did not help. Bogota has great hotels (e.g., the Marriott next door a good example), but this not one of them. Pick-up by the hotel van at the airport is painfully slow as are the registration and check out lines. Breakfast buffet is decent. Wifi worked fine first day, but then became sporadic. Sheraton must do better (as I was leaving Bogota I saw on the local paper a nice spread on Bogota's new Hilton. Looks like night and day...).
