Very straightforward comfortable business hotel. Large rooms, clean and well appointed with reasonable bathroom/shower. Free Internet access. Nice bars and very good seafood restaurant - special feature on the tastes of Chile was excellent. Staff very helpful and efficient.

This was my 2 night at the hotel, staff is been really good and I could say that the hotel accommodations are fairly good BUT. The bed is terrible, so hard I can't sleep well. Water service in the shower is also terrible and I am not complaining about the policy of saving water but this is ridiculous! I have few more night and I don't know if I will make it to the end.

Good location. Breakfast is one of the best I had. People seems to be very happy to serve you. Nice rooms, nice decoration.

I have just completed my second stay of multiple weeks during the past two years at the Radisson Bogota. The management was very accommodating while making my return reservation, even assigning me to the same room. It is a wonderful hotel for both business and pleasure in a great location near upscale shops and restaurants. The staff for the most part is very professional and attentive. Any request I made was always looked after immediately. There are only two areas of improvement that I noted during this past stay. As others have mentioned, the internet service was not consistenly good during parts of my stay. This was especially true when trying to connect to their Wi-Fi network using my iPhone. However, I did received an acknowledgement from the management that they were having problems. Also, during breakfast of my second week, the wait staff was not as attentive to the guests needs as during the first week. However, I still consider this hotel one of the best I have stayed in world-wide. I will not hesitate to stay here again on a return visit to this beautiful city.
