Great location for shopping and enjoying the night-life scene in Bogota. Very comfortable, spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast selection offering both international and local specialities. Free wi-fi throughout the facilities and the friendliest staff!

I travel to Bogota about 4 to 5 times a year for my work. started staying here about 4 years ago. The location is great for doing things from great places to eat and drink to shopping malls within 2 blocks. the staff of the hotel is great. I have got to know them very well. The area is very safe for walking around at night. If you go at Christmas time the parks and streets are filled with lights.

Very pretty hotel with excellent service in a business and shopping neighborhood of Bogota. Beware of very heavy traffic in this area. The fitness center on the top floor is nice and has nice views of the city, and sauna. Spa services available.
The rooms were very clean and pretty. Restaurant was good.
Business center with many computers and printing available, although slow. Internet available throughout the hotel.

Since 2008 I have stayed at this hotel for nearly 4 weeks in total. The hotel rooms a decent, except for the carpets - which are in need of serious replacement. Staff are generally pleasant, except for the manager who is very ineffective at fixing issues with service. The kitchen should be avoided at all costs. Overpriced mediocre food at inflated prices. This will be easy as the hotel is walking distance to dozens of great restaurants and a large shopping complex too. Don't forget to visit the Juan Valdez coffee house at the mall for some of the best coffee in the world.
