I stayed here for 4 nights. On my 2nd night, I was informed that my reservation was ending. I couldn't understand why since I had made reservations for 4 nights instead of 2. I made reservations online through expedia. Since the hotel was certain that they had NOTHING for 4 nights under my name, I had to call expedia (long distance) and remained on the phone with them for a while. After expedia cleared up the misunderstanding and said the hotel had actually booked me under 2 reservations : 1 for 2 nights, and another for 2 nights, I went downstairs to reception and LUIS said: "Oh, we found your reservation." REALLY???? After I spent a long time on a long distance call??? My problem is, I ended up paying $100 USD for the phone call I wouldn't have had to make had LUIS looked in his computer for my reservation.
Hotel is good, location is good. ... but MANAGEMENT was plain ouT RUDE. So disappointed.
