Poor qaulity. Breakfast poor. Noisy room close to construction site day and night. Expensive Internet. People were smooking in breakfast restaurant, I complained to head of staff he pointed to another table 2 meters away as a non smoking area. Arrived to breakfast 10 am we were sent out while the sign says "open till 10:30". Checking out a drunk man was wandering in the lobby trying to talk to my kids. I complained to the reception but she didn't help.

The regency is next to a huge street tunnel construction which makes getting there and away a bit difficult at times.
The rooms are newly refurbished and of a good standard. There are no restaurants in the hotel but the rooms service can bring some snacks from other hotels of the same chain.
But going to the sheraton next door for dinner or a drink might be an better option. The night clubs in the hotel are big nonono.

Very basic comfort. rooms were decent. however for some weird reason, the room balconies would not be opened. very good location with a beautiful view of the Abu Dhabi corniche.

Room poor, staff did provide an upgrade up this was not clean. A drab place except for the staff. Only stayed 2 nights out of 10. Found a better place.
