Asalamu alakum, this is a banging hotel stroke apartment establishment. Which is has a near perfect location to every thing including a great mall al wahda, which has a nicer feel then the other malls, more locals shopping there then the standard westernised tourists. Has a masjid attached to it also, so if you're looking to go to Jinnah or pray your daily salat in congregation then it's very convenient. Overall the hotel is a great stay, and lovely for familys with children as you have your own kitchen cooker and washing machine!

The only draw back if any would be the food and breakfast, ala carte it ain't very basic. But the staff will glady adhere to any requests ie omlettea etc.

To some it up, great staff, excellent service probably the best location. Game on my friend.

Best thing about here is the staff, they are efficient, hardworking and eager to get the job done well. From reception, to bell boy they just seemed to have everything under control! e.g i didnt get a receipt from a taxi company, big taxi bill..they rang taxi company and got me the recepit faxed to hotel and delivered to room within 10 minutes.
The hotel itself is pretty standard 3-star fare. Medium sized rooms but with a big bathroom. Room servicing kept things clean even if the room itself could have done with some slight renovation. All in all price is a bit high for the quality.
Internet V V expensive. TV channels were mostly local arabic speaking channels with only BBC and Discovery in English. Room service food was ok, nothing great. Restaurant looked depressing and lacked any atmosphere, better to walk up the 'Lebanese flower' if you want some hearty Arabic food. Mall right beside hotel. Not very central or close to Corniche.

Good service from helpful and willing staff, including concierge, made my stay reasonably pleasant. Rooms are clean but those at the back rather dark. Best to ask for one on the front and on an upper floor so you don't hear traffic on main road below. Business centre is a computer behind a screen, only room for one. Only meeting space is in front lobby and lacks privacy. No outdoor area at all. Restaurant lacks any atmosphere at all though food OK - nothing special.
