This hotel has an excellent price/benefits ratio. If you consider its location, room quality, hotel services and, above all that, the quality of the staff. Beggining at reception, luggage carriers, room cleaners, breakfast people, everyone were very helpfull and kind.
Definitively is an excellent choice for staying in Abu Dhabi with much confort, quality and in very low distance for all the city attractions.
P.S - When we arrived, at 4 a.m, they didn`t have our extra bed, so one of my friends slept on the floor. When we woke up the next day, the manager called us, and saying that he was very sorry , moved us to their biggest suite, where we stayed for the next 9 days.

Rooms are nice, nothing to complain. Service was poor: Newspaper was promised, but never came. After two reminders room was cleaned as late as 6 p.m. Beakfast service could not cope. Plates with food were removed too early while being at the buffet. No hotel car or taxi awailabe at short time. Reception slow and unprofessionel. By my experiance: All due to bad management.
Facilities: Poor juice bar on the roof. No alcohol in the hotel. Internet was interrupted every couple of minutes and was expensive.

Stayed at this Rotana Hotel for the Abu Dhabi F1 grand prix. Excellent location and well priced. Staff were accomodating and breakfast was good. Swimming pool extra treat.

Will definitely recommend for business and leisure travellers

I was very pleased with this hotel. It is located in the center of the city. There is an internet cafe across the street. It only costs 5 dirhams an hour to use internet there. Crowne Plaza hotel with a good pub is just a minute away so if you fancy a pint with a reasonable price it is easy to get one there. The room is big and well furninished. Breakfast is good. The pool on the rooftop is very small and inadequate for swimming. If you prefer a beach holiday this is not your place then.
