We stayed at the Cristal Salam for 6 nights. The hotel is very new and well kept. The staff was very friendly. I especially liked the new gym and the relaxing sauna and steam bath.

I love staying at the Cristal Hotels in Abu Dhabi. I always put it as my preferred hotel while making the booking through my company. The staff are great and always offer great services. I have been staying there so often that I know all the faces by now. Its a great feeling to be welcomed week after week, while being away from family. I would like to thank all the staff at both Cristal Abu Dhabi and Cristal Salam for making me feel comfortable during my stay.

I stayed at the Cristal Salam during a recent trip to Abu Dhabi. I was immediately impressed with the hotel decor and staff. I was shown directly to my room and given a tour of the room, which was very nice and comfortable. Everything and everywhere in the hotel was very clean. The concierge was very informative. They knew the best places to visit, shop and eat. The food, especially the lunch and dinner buffer at the 2.35 restaurant was very delicious. There was always a variety of food to choose from. Breakfast is free and is served until 10/10:30, which is great for those who want to sleep in. Everyone on staff was welcoming and helpful. After a day or two, they knew my name and what I liked to have for breakfast. I didn't even have to place an order. My usual breakfast dish would just arrive at my table.
My room and furniture was very stylish and comfortable, especially the bed. The color of the room was also easy on the eyes and very conducive to creating a warm, comfortable, and relaxed atmosphere. The mini-bar was well stocked with a variety of snacks and drinks to choose from. The hotel does provide 2 complimentary bottles of water, along with tea or coffee.
The room was wired for internet access through an ethernet cord, which is housed in a cute circular, pull out case. The hotel does provide Wifi but only in the restaurant and in the Blendz Cafe. They also have a business center with a printer/copy machine, scanner, binding machine, and more.
Another great point is the hotel's convenient location. Finding a cab never took long, especially if the concierge gets the taxi for you. The hotel is also very close to the Abu Dhabi Mall, which is about 10 minutes away if you're walking. It is also located near a few good restaurants.
Overall, I was extremely pleased with the hotel during my 5 day stay. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Abu Dhabi. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.
Oh a word to the wise, there is another Cristal hotel in Abu Dhabi so be sure to specify the Cristal Salam when you're booking or when you get in a cab.

I came here last January 1 and 2, and upon entering the hotel, the bell boys were very helpful.
They never hesitated to take my luggages.

Upon check in, Glynis from the REception was very helpful she did a warm welcome and made the check in process quick. While doing the check in she made me understand what the hotel has from what's inside the room, and facilities of the whole hotel..
She even assisted me until I reach the room ...

The buffet in 2.35 was wonderful. All staffs were very polite and helpful.

At the time of check out, Glynis again handled me smoothly. check out process was an express. She is very professional and very smily.
She has a good diction in English which is a very good asset of the hotel. Check out day was a busy one as a lot of us were on queue.
She knows how to handle each and every guest without the feeling of waiting.

I will be back here for sure as I recommended Cristal Salam Hotel to my company.
This new hotel is better than their old one in Elektra. expecially the people and the services.
