The service was outstanding and the rooms were cozy, clean and stylish. The staff were all polite and helpful. They had an iron and ironing board set up in my room within minutes when I asked and even allowed me to receive a delivery from an outside restaurant. It's my first real business trip and they made it extremely pleasant. Thank you all!

We visited the Cristal hotel in Abu Dhabi two days ago. They have excellent service and staff is really amazing. But one thing that really impressed me is the great food their restaurant offers. In particular great sushi!!!!! The chef is great. we also dined at Nobu in Dubai and were't that impressed. must say that we had great sushi at Cristal hotel!!!
I would definitely recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

My husband, myself and our two children stayed two nights on a stopover at the end of January. Our room was nice and big so plenty of space for our two-year-old to run around. We'd booked a room on hotels.com with breakfast included in the price but on check-in the reception staff informed us hotels.com (expedia) had sent a "room only" request to the hotel.

This put a bit of a damper on the experience as I'd picked the slightly more expensive room option when booking just to get the convenience of having breakfast included in the price. Although we could show receipts showing the "breakfast included" the hotel staff would not include the breakfast. This was disappointing to us from a customer perspective, and I don't think it would have been a significant financial loss to the hotel to fix the problem. It's just a small thing, not a sinificant but it's about meeting customer expectations and I was surprised the hotel was so firm on their principals here.

Besides from this the hotel staff in general were nice and attentive, but I wouldn't book here again in case similar issues with booking come up knowing the hotel won't accommodate the customer and deal with communication issues with hotels.com/expedia separately.

The staff here are amazing - every single on one them. Friendly, helpful and very professional. Room was great - very smart & very clean. We arrived 6hours before check in and they managed to find us a room and even upgraded us to a lovely two roo suite.

Great food, Central location, Great Staff, Nice pool & health centre facility.
