My experience did not accord with most of the reviews I read here. A huge, souless hotel with very average food in all four restuarants. A bizarre design with four huge towers (approx 35 floors in each) but very difficult to get from one to the other. The rooms are basic but satisfactory. I found the staff very helpful.

If you don't pay much for your stay, and you don't stay long, this hotel will just about do.

Not a good experience. The smell is horrible, staff unfriendly, expensive; paid $ 2,400 for 1 month stay with a very bad service. Got unset wakeup calls, probably 6 times during my stay. Internet is slow or sometimes doesn't work. Laundry lost few of my clothe and gave me other guest's clothe. The rooms are freezing even when the AC is off. I don't think I am the only one complaining, I used to here similar stories at the front desk a lot. Although they have a very good location don't stay here.

If you are paying yourself go somewhere else. This isnt really a Hotel but a glorified staff house for construction and oil workers. The staff are as usefull as a handbrake on a canoe. Alarms going off throughout the night . Yesterday only one elevator in 4 working, electricity out in rooms too. And staff rude when you complain. All in all do yourself a favour and go somwhere else. HOVEL.

Its probably the lighting but it's a really dismal hotel. I was really unhappy staying on the 28th floor. The room is ok but there's nothing luxurious about it. The hotel is a concrete jungle with no nice shops or welcoming area. There's no bar, there's no free wireless and it's in a building site. They do strange things like change your door lock without mentioning it so you have to go down 28 floors to get a new key. A friend asked for tea to be sent up and she was refused. The A/C wont turn off so the room was freezing cold. No service whatsoever- needs to be torn down and rebuilt- horrible.
