Stayed for two weeks with colleagues. I upgraded to a suite, which was useful if you need discreet meeting space for brainstorming. The rooms and beds are comfortable and the breakfast in the Animato restaurant is good. Staff are uniformly pleasant and accommodating. Although the hotel is dry, it is handily placed for a stroll across the road to the Four Seasons where one can slake one's thirst (at a vastly inflated price of course) and the W hotel is a five minute taxi ride. Recommend the oddly named Wok Mee restaurant, within the hotel, where we enjoyed a delicious freshly cooked and flavoursome oriental meal.

Departed the airport at 11:30pm and taken by hotel staff to a bus in the parking lot, where I was left with two other passengers until they filled the 26-passenger bus with over 30 passengers and bags at midnight. It was very uncomfortable. Of course, upon arrival at the hotel, the three check-in stations were overwhelmed, so they gathered everyone's passports and transfer vouchers (most were Qatar Airlines transfers) and we waited again until they issued keys. it was 00:45 until I got to the room. This is not what you want after a long flight.

The room was spacious, but the upholstery on several of the peices of furniture was visibly stained. There was no mini-bar, but there was an empty fridge.

The breakfast was excellent (as you'd expect at a Movenpick).

I will avoid this hotel next time I travel thru Doha.

The service began with the free shuttle bus from the airport. The car was good and the service was good too. The reception was friendly. The rooms were pretty good and the bed was really soft. The amenities in the room was decent, same goes for the toilet amenities. The best part was the buffet. Breakfast was amazing so goes with the lunch and dinner. The food were really cooked well specially the Arabian and Indian cuisine. The staffs are friendly. Would like to stay here again.

Stayed a couple of times; rooms vary in size but the bed was always amazing; hotel is really quiet, great nights sleep. Gym well equipped, views over the city amazing. Reception area small, reception desk staff a bit mixed; other staff friendly and efficient. Restaurant choice a bit limited; buffet expensive and so so; thai restaurant on ground floor good value and quality.

Just to be aware, unlike many others, hotel is dry. If you fancy a glass of wine or a g'n't, yu will need to go elsewhere...
