The staff are very friendly, courteous and very helpful. They accomodated our needs, and provided a very nice setup for the room. The rooms are very clean. The gym is the nicest gym of al the hotels I have been to. The staff working at the gym are vey friendly and helpful. It is the best value for my money. Would definitely recommned this hotel to friends and colleagues at work.

It was my first time to Habtoor Grand, I go to Beirut almost every month and I stay either in other hotels or with family, but I can confidently say that Habtoor was a great discovery. The embassador suite I stayed in was amazing, huge, an more than fully furnished, it feels like home. The hotel is few minutes drive from the airport, the city center, and the main road leading to the mountains; the view is relaxing, open to the sky, and you can see all beirut in front and the mountains in the back. I enjoyed the dinner in Le Ciel, one of the best french restaurants in Beirut.
The service is unique, you even see the general manager around making sure the guests are feeling comfortable. I would have liked to have wireless connection for free access in the room, but I managed to connect using the cable.
I will definitely come back next month to the same suite.

ok.. were should I start from,I flew from Dubai to visit "Beirut" and was recommended to Grand Habtour Hotel. I'm not the type of person who writes reviews and shares his opiniun about a hotel stay/trip but I've been to many different hotels around the regoin and had to get this credit load off my shoulders. . I want to say thank you, and let me start with suite 1524! I wil never forget this fantastic experience at Grand Habtour. The suite was very spacious, fell in love with the jacouzi and the bathroom view! How ironic, you go to the bathroom and there is a wonderfull view from the 15th floor to a valleylike site. The kingsize bed is very comfortable, and worth sleeping sideways on all night! As for the living room the coaches are not very trendy/modern looking, but so comfortable and matching the room's ambience. Moving on to the room service, and breakfest.. WOW From the guys at the concierge that take your car till you enter the room.. very welcoming. Now, to wrap this up, I felt extreme comfort and believe it or not excited to come back from my night out at the "Crazy Beirut City" back to the hotel and to the great customer service from the high up manager down to the valet parking ! I had a wonderfull weekend and will recommend this hotel to all visitors looking for a great stay!
