I enjoyed my stay at Rotana during my business trip in November, everything from ambience to service was excellent. Food was excellent. The staff was very couteous and thoroughly professional.The accommodations, staff, amazing breakfast buffett were all top notch. THe best i enjoyed was the choices of TV channels, it was relaxing after a day's hardwork, i would just relax and watch some TV with the best of channels.

Room Tip: Advisable to stay in this hotel since its very convienient , has a shopping center attached to it.

I was very please with my stay at the Al Manshar Rotana. The food was excellent and it is attached to a very nice shopping mall, that actually has a drug store, currency exchange center, American resturants, an electronics store, and a sporting goods store. Their is a store similar to Wal-Mart and a movie theater, all within walking distance. If you can, get a room with a view of the Arabian Sea. It is quite lovely watching the sun come up. The management and the staff were quite professional and the food was excellent. I can go on and on about my wonderful experience, but I will conclude by saying that it was perfect in every way.

Room Tip: Get a room with a view of the sea. It is quite beautiful.

My husband taught a class nearby and I was accompanying him as a visitor for a 2 week stay. We couldn't have been more pleased with this outstanding hotel. The accommodations, staff, amazing breakfast buffett were all top notch. This hotel is beautiful. All room face the gulf for a fantastic view. As I was alone all day, I felt extremely comfortable and safe in the adjacent mall area and had plenty of room to roam. The Lebanese restaurant (Mijana) at the far end of the shopping center is by far the best place to eat. We also enjoyed Paul's nearby.
Hotel staff assisted us in getting a taxi to Kuwait City on the weekend (about 25 min) and also made sure we got English speaking driver. I can't say enough about the hotel service staff.
This is a business hotel, but in close proximity to everything you could possibly need. We even were able to pick up cold medicine in the mall.
Next time my husband comes back for business he will be requesting this hotel.

Room Tip: all room have a gulf view, there are non-smoking floors the breakfast buffett is a must

Have stayed here when it first opened and have just returned this past week, good to see it has been well kept up and now even comes with free wireless. Keep up the good service

Considering the isolated location this hotel is a great place for a crew rest.
Clean, modern, comfortable, quiet rooms.
Great WiFi access free throughout and efficient staff.
Wonderful buffet.
Easy walk to adjoining mall and shopping centre on the water's edge with a well equipped supermarket selling some hard to find USA & European items.
All rooms face the Gulf and not the refinery behind !
Splendid roof top pool and gym.

Room Tip: Choice of Smoking floors if required. Good security. Good cable TV to compesate for lack of alcoho...
