Average Hotel with reasonable rooms and good evening buffet and breakfast

The Holiday Inn here is not like other Holiday Inns I have ever been to- although I am not sure I have ever been to any except to the one on Blossom Street in Beacon Hill for cocktail parties.
Anyways, granite, Illy Cafe and great service. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and I would stay here again.

I recently spent three nights in this hotel on a quick business visit. As a Platinum member I was able to enjoy the benefits. One point that is worth mentioning is the fact that the Duty Manager made it possible for me to extend my reservation for a day at the same terms I had booked my original nights - with points and cash combined - in spite of the fact that the hotel was fully booked and the points booking system was closed for the hotel for the time I needed it. It was a real extra effort that was made, and I appreciated this. Overall the hotel is perfectly clean, looks all new, has an amazing breakfast buffet,really amazing, It is certainly in the top level of the chain.

stayed in this hotel as part of a company conference. Nice hotel, helpful staff so much so that since on one of my shopping trips I wasnt carrying my passport number so I called the hotel and they readily gave me the number after verifying my details. The staff also helped us celebrate a colleague's birthday at midnight. Nice food they have. The restaurant staff needs extra recco as they were very warm and helpful and understand your needs. you can relax at the restaurant till late hours also.
